Shipping Regulations
Almost all things that you can find here with us are made to order - that takes time. Therefore, the manufacturing time and thus also the shipping time differs depending on the order.
You can find a good indication of this in the respective article descriptions. If you should order several things and need something very, very urgently and preferably immediately, then please contact us before placing your order and we will see whether we can realize your wishes!
Please note that we can only start manufacturing your things as soon as we have received the money - there may be slight delays, especially when paying in advance.
When all the things you have ordered are ready, they will all be securely packaged together and given to you on the journey.
For this we use the German Post and Dhl.
The same applies here - if you have special requests, please contact us first and we'll see what we can do!
The dispatch takes place from Northern Germany.
Return policy
If you've read carefully, you already know: the things sold here are made especially for you (and often personalized).
This means that we can no longer cancel or take back things that have already been made for you.
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after your decision so that we can see whether a cancellation is still possible!
The same applies to all problems that arise with your order - a solution can be found for everything.
All things on this page are made of natural materials, are handmade or come in color variations (some even all at once!) - depending on the descriptions, there may be deviations in color or shape. Unfortunately, we cannot do magic and therefore exclude a return due to such deviations.
